ISHIZUKA Planning Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) hereby establishes the following Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as “this Policy”) regarding the handling of personal information of users (hereinafter referred to as “Users”) in the services (hereinafter referred to as “the Services”) provided on this website.

Article 3 (Purposes of Collecting and Using Personal Information)

Article 6 (Disclosure of Personal Information)

 

Upon request from the User for disclosure of personal information, the Company will disclose it to the User without delay. However, if the disclosure falls under any of the following categories, the Company may not disclose all or part of the information, and if the Company decides not to disclose the information, the Company will notify the User of such decision without delay. Article 7 (Correction and Deletion of Personal Information)

The User may request the Company to correct, add, or delete (hereinafter referred to as “Correction, etc.”) the Personal Information held by the Company, in accordance with the procedures established by the Company, if the Personal Information is inaccurate.If the Company receives a request from the User under the preceding paragraph and determines that it is necessary to comply with such a request, the Company shall promptly correct, etc. the Personal Information in question.If the Company has made a Correction, etc. or has decided not to make a Correction, etc. under the preceding paragraph, the Company shall promptly notify the User thereof.

 

Article 8 (Suspension of Use of Personal Information, etc.)

If the User requests the Company to suspend the use or delete (hereinafter referred to as “Suspension, etc,”) Personal Information on the grounds that the Personal Information is being handled beyond the scope of the purpose of use or that it was obtained by unfair means, the Company will promptly conduct the necessary investigation.If, based on the results of the investigation in the preceding paragraph, the Company determines that it is necessary to comply with the request, the Company will promptly suspend the use of the Personal Information in question, etc. If the Company has suspended the use of Personal Information, etc. or has decided not to suspend the use of Personal Information, etc under the preceding paragraph, the Company will promptly notify the User thereof.Notwithstanding the preceding two paragraphs, if it is difficult to suspend the use of Personal Information, etc. due to high costs or other reasons, and if it is possible to take alternative measures necessary to protect the User’s rights and interests the Company will take such alternative measures.

 

Article 9 (Changes to the Privacy Policy)

Except as otherwise provided for in laws and regulations or in this Privacy Policy, the contents of this Policy may be changed without notice to the user.Unless otherwise provided by the Company, the revised Privacy Policy will take effect when it is posted on this website.
